Simply Amis
Simply Amis, ami being short for Amigurimi and also French for friend, are two simple to make crochet dolls. They have swing legs, attached arms, and a move-able head. I used acrylic safety eyes, but buttons or embroidered eyes would work just as well.
The dolls are crocheted with worsted yarn; I used Berrocco Vintage, which is a wool/acrylic blend. I used high mohair content yarn for their hair.
Lots of pictures should help you crochet and construct your doll.
