This pattern was created for Sock Wars 5. Because men’s feet are not just a longer version of a woman’s foot, it is for a medium men’s size foot with 3 different ankle circumferences provided for in the pattern (because size really does matter).

The stitch pattern is a simple variation on ribbing simply because the men in my life are really into simple socks.

This pattern looks good with either solid colored yarn, self-striping or varigated yarn.
