Here the motif from the Sjöblom cowl has ended up on a favourite pattern for knee-length socks. They are great with both skirts and shorts, as well as on any occasion you want your legs to be warm and stylish.

Method: the socks are worked from the cuff down and the toes
are grafted together. The instructions are written for DPNs.

Yarn quantities: 80g/2¾oz (A) and 60g/2oz (B)

Yarn: Trekking from Tant Kofta; 50g/1¾oz/210m/230yds

(4¾in) wide at calf, 9.5cm (3¾in) wide above heel, foot length to
suit yourself

Shade: Mylla (Earth) (A), Vass (Reeds) (B)

Needles: 2.5mm (UK 12/13, US 1.5) DPNs for ribbing, heel and toe,
