The “Skalakia Socks” are worked toe-up using an elastic lace pattern that makes them fit most adult’s sizes.

The lace pattern is very easy to memorize and as it is worked with DK yarn, it is very fast to knit. It is written and charted.

You will learn:

  • how to create a sock toe-up
  • how to work a lace pattern
  • how to create a twisted ribbing
  • how to do a stretchy bind off
  • and how to create a magic cast-on

Yardage used: 170yds/156m; 2.27oz/65gr

The pattern has been tech-edited and tested.
My sweet testers helped me choose the name of it.
They said that the socks remind them of stairs and layers so I choose to call it “Skalakia” that means “Little Stairs” in Greek.

I hope you enjoy it and I am looking forward to seeing your beautiful editions of it!
