Yarn: Kismet Fiber Works Abundant Aran (181 yd/100 g skein); 80% Merino, 10% Cashmere. 1 skein Beaujolais (main color) and 25 yd/14g Ash Violet (contrast color)
Gauge: 20 (18) sts/32 (31) rnds = 4”/10 cm in stockinette in the round before blocking. Gauge is critical for this project and will affect the finished size.
Needles: US#4/3.5 mm (US#5/3.75 mm) and US#8/5.0 mm 16”/40cm circular needles & a set of US#8/5.0 mm DPNs, or size needed to obtain gauge. You will need a second set of US#4/3.5 mm (US#5/3.75 mm) or smaller sized needles when removing the provisional sts from the waste yarn.
