Skeleton Key features traveling cables winding up the front of this sweater knit in easy-care superwash wool. Back of sweater and sleeves are plain stockinette stitch. Skeleton Key features a simple drop shoulder style to allow for maximum non-restricting movement, and live neck stitches (before ribbed collar) to allow for maximum stretch when pulling over little ones’ heads. Sweater is worked flat to shoulders which are seamed together before sleeves are picked up and knit down to cuff. Optionally, sleeves can be worked seamlessly; instructions for this method are included.

Sweater is designed with approximately 2in (5cm) of positive ease. Samples shown in size 14 (left) and size 8 (right).

Pattern includes cable chart and written instructions.
