This is a vintage knitting pattern from a set originally published in October 1979 in Woman’s Weekly magazine under the title “Action Man Outfits”. (The other patterns featured were a football shirt & shorts, a tracksuit, an army sweater & trousers & beret & bomber jacket.) Any oddments of 4ply wool can be used.
