Skipperling
Skipperling is not your ordinary casual wear sweatshirt. Knit in Valley Yarns Hampden, this lovely pullover features sleeve and hem cables, a drawstring funnel neck, a practical sweatshirt pocket, and a slightly oversized fit, making this project a weekend favorite. The sweater is knit flat in pieces and seamed together for added structure. The cable hem borders are worked sideways, then turned, with stitches picked up along one selvage edge for front and back. The cable patterns are charted and written out.
