I wanted to design a poncho-inside the house-thing because it was about time to get one of those within the pack. A good plan. The poncho is also in my anniversary book STRIK FOR SYV SYTTEN from 2017.

Slagplan is inspired by the pattern of Frit Slag - a shawl you find right here.

It almost looks like crochet, and is so easy, so easy!

And something that I often find annoying is, that it is not always easy to find out what to do with ones hands in such a poncho thingy. Here they can stick out of the hand holes. Perfect and just at knit height!

The model is knitted from the top down - first you knit the front and back piece and then you knit short rows over the sides.FACTS
