Pattern description
Two textures - yarn and ribbon - team to create bright looks in tops. The technique is easy: vertical rows are double crocheted in Reynolds Parfait, a lightweight dress yarn, and joined with rows of Reynolds Ruban Rayonne. For a finishing touch, ribbon ends are knotted into fringe. Sleeve inserts and bodices are worked on the vertical, yoke and sleeves on the horizontal for the Sleeved Top.

Additional information
Shoulders are worked first, then joined with chains. The yoke is worked down from the shoulders on each side. Front and back pieces are worked separately, side to side. The front and back pieces are slip-stitched to the yoke and the sleeve seams are slip-stitched together. The side seams are then slip-stitched together, leaving 38 sts open at the lower edge for slits.

Ends from colors A and B are woven in; only those for color C are left long to use as fringe. Additional 10” pieces of color C are pulled through at the base of the front and back and knotted with the yarn ends of C to form the bottom fringe.
