Sleeveless Shell
You’ll be amazed how fast you can crochet this sleeveless sweater in shell stitch pattern. We suggest using Columbia-Minerva Nantuk Sports Yarn and a plastic or aluminum crochet hook size F or G.
Directions are given for size small (10 to 12), changes for medium (14 to 16) and large (18 to 20) are given in parentheses.
It takes approximately 9 (10, 11) one-ounce skeins of yarn. It takes a few yards each of Reverie (mohair and orlon) in pink, turquoise and green to embroider the flower trim, using a blunt point tapestry needle.
Gauge:
2 shells and 3 sc equal 3 inches
