Slip those worries away as you work your way through this fun slipped-stitch pattern and create an awesome pair of socks. The pattern looks equally fab in a highly variegated skein and a more tonal colorway.

This sock is from my latest sock collection, Socks for Busy B’s 5. Released as a part of the 2020 Summertime Sock Knitting Extravaganza, aka Socks on Vacay (aka Socks on Staycay due to the pandemic) with Knitted Wit, it’s the perfect collection of socks to knit all summer long. For more information on Socks on Vacay, check out my blog post.

YARN
Approximately 225-500 yds/206-457 m total fingering-weight yarn. For the socks shown, I used Knitted Wit Sock in Extended Camping Trip (pink/blue version) and Lemongrass (green version).

GAUGE
32 sts & 48 rounds = 4”/10 cm in stockinette stitch in the round, measured after blocking.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
Small (Medium, Large): 6.75 (7.75, 8.75)“/17 (20, 22) cm foot circumference. 54 (62, 70) sts total.

Leg length is measured from top of heel and is completely customizable. Socks in Extended Camping Trip are shown with a 3”/7.5 cm leg length, and socks in Lemongrass are shown with a 4”/10 cm leg length (measured from the top of heel).

A big thanks to Knitted Wit for the yarn support (as always!), my main squeeze Stefan Lombard for the photography, and Meaghan Schmaltz of the Unapologetic Knitter for the Tech Editing!
