TECHNIQUES USED
Knitted cuff down. This is a simple and fun pattern great for first time sock knitters.
YARN
Onion Nettle Sock Yarn
(70% wool, 30% nettle; 185m per 50g ball)
Yarn A: Cream
Yarn B: Olive Green
Yarn C: Dusty Pink
Yarn D: Chambray
Or substitute with 4ply/fingering weight sock
totalling 75-100g or 15g Yarn A, 28g Yarn B, 25g
Yarn C & D.
NEEDLES & GAUGE
2.25mm or size needed to obtain gauge, in your
preferred style for working small
circumferences in the round (i.e DPNs or long
circular needle).
Gauge: 32sts x 42 round = 10cm/4” in stocking stitch.
