Slippery Slope is an attempt at designing a sock, which would meet with the approval of most men, while still being interesting to knit. However, it will work for females as well. The top down design is based around a simple slip stitch pattern that slopes out of the cuff, hence the name Slippery Slope.

The pattern for the transition from the cuff, the pattern repeat, and the transition to heel are charted.
