The base design is a blossom on each end with a leaf in the middle. It is written so that you can repeat the leaf section as many times as needed to get the desired length.

The Locked Filet Mesh (LFM) interlocking crochet method uses only chain spaces and double crochets to create a mesh; two colors are worked alternately which creates the pattern. YouTube tutorials

Mosaic crochet uses single crochet and double crochet stitches. The double crochet stitches cover some of the other color’s single crochet stitches to create the design. My patterns instruct you to cut your yarn at the end of each row. The back is striped but often gives a faint impression of the pattern on the front (sort of like illusion knitting). For Interlocking Crochet
- Full chart (with blossom, leaf, blossom) is 35 x 89
- Single blossom is 35 x 35, designed to have one on each end
- Each leaf repeat is 35 x 28
- Finished measurements
- Per blossom: 8.75” x 8.75” / 22cm x 22cm
- Per leaf: 8.75” x 7” / 22cm x 18cm

• 5 mm hook (H-8)
• Worsted weight yarn
• Per flower (base design has 2)
  • Main Color (MC) (black on chart) – 50 yards
  • Accent Color (AC) (white on chart) – 50 yards
• Per leaf (repeat as many times as needed)
  • Main Color (MC) (blue on chart) – 40 yards
  • Accent Color (AC) (pink on chart) – 40 yards
• Plus, optional border: 40+ yards
• Gauge: 8 (dc, ch) x 8 rows = 4”

For Overlay Mosaic Crochet

• Chart is 85 x 29, repeat section is 27 x 29
• Base size (2 flowers and a leaf) is 23” x 8.25” / 57.5cm x 21cm
  • each additional leaf adds 7” / 18cm in length, the width remains 8.25” / 21cm
• 5 mm hook (H-8)
• Base size: worsted weight yarn (250 yards total)
  • Main color (MC) dark – 100 yards
  • Contrasting color (CC) light – 150 yards
• Each additional leaf requires
  • MC / dark – 40 yards
  • CC / light – 50 yards
• Gauge: 14 sc x 15 rows = 4”
