The pattern for the case is not available at the moment, but just knit a rectangle with the charts for the Emoticon motifs centred onto front, and then knit an edging and a flap to close the top of the rectangle and seam the sides (both charts are included in Knitted Letters at the correct dimensions to fit onto the front of an iPhone or other phone case when using fingering yarns and US1 needles)
