Snaking Bolero
The Snaking Bolero Is a long sleeve, turtle neck, cropped jumper finishing just above the bust. You could of course continue working the body to create a full size jumper. We have used the chevron stitch and alternating colours to create the snaking lines seen throughout. Increases are worked during the yoke within each chevron repeat, meaning the chevrons gradually grow in size. The pattern is worked in the round from the top down. After working the yoke the sleeves are placed on hold while you finish the body, then picked up and continued, finishing with a tight ribbed cuff.
