Welcome to my Bobble Buddies Collection!

Bobble buddies are a cross between a blanket and favorite stuffed animal, making them the perfect sweet lovies for little ones! Offering all of the comfort and security of a beloved blanket with the fun and imagination of a stuffed toy. The bobbled texture and soft body structure provide great sensory input while the cute animal designs make them fun for play!

This listing is for the digital pdf pattern for the Snoozy Bear bobble buddy with modification for making a Polar Bear bobble buddy.

Snoozy Bear measures about 15 inches from top to bottom and can be made in a variety of ways! Use a worsted acrylic blend or a soft baby velvet yarn to achieve different styles and looks with your bobble buddy! This pattern includes detailed instructions with photo and video tutorials. Video tutorial is also included for embroidering sleepy eyes on your buddy. I am always available for questions or support. This pattern is most appropriate for advanced beginners who have experience with the bobble stitch.

Materials Needed Include:

• Worsted (size 4) weight yarn (or type desired)
• Size G (4.0 mm) Hook (or that required for desired yarn)
• Safety Eyes (10-12 mm, if desired)
• Embroidery Thread
• Polyfil Stuffing
• Scissors
• Stitch Marker
• Darning Needle
• Measuring Tape

NOTE: Not pictured, but I have found Hobby Lobby I Love This Yarn to work up softest and most consistent. I also love using Bernat Baby Velvet for these buddies to give them an extra soft touch. Vanna’s Choice worked up nicely for this buddy. Impeccable looked very nice but worked up rather stiff. Bundle Up is soft but works up much smaller than other size 4 yarns.
