The perfect earflap hat for guys and gals! The rad earflaps can be tied atop the head for hitting the bleachers or tied beneath the chin to hit the slopes. Constructed in super bulky yarn, this project can be knit today for wearing tomorrow. This pattern has been revised to include both youth and adult sizes. Hat size is determined by gauge. For youth size hat, gauge should be 9 1/2 stitches=4 inches, where adult hat is knit to 8 stitches=4 inches. Suggested needle sizes stated in pattern. For proper fit, knitting to gauge is very important!
