Snow Shadow Fingerless Gloves
This is an easy, one evening fingerless gloves knitting project which requires only one skein of hand painted Koigu KPPPM merino wool yarn.
However, if you happen to knit quite loosely, I suggest having two skeins, because I really used ALL from my one – there was maybe 10 cm of yarn left. The main part of the pattern is written row by row.
There is a pattern chart added to the end of the written pattern. If you prefer to read the chart, use it for knitting the lace and cable pattern on second and third needle. The basic glove part on first and fourth needle are done in stockinette stitch.
Fits medium or large hands. If you need size small, I suggest adjusting the gauge by changing to smaller needles.
Length: approx 21 cm (8 inches)
Yarn suggested: Koigu KPPM (50g 160 meters/174 yards), 1 skein. Sample color is P738.
Needle size: Double point needles 2,5mm (US 1½), a cable needle is needed. Gauge: 26 sts and 36 rows = 4 inches (10 cm)
