Materials needed: 1 skein worsted weight yarn (aran/10ply); 4mm hook and 4.5mm hook; yarn needle.

Gauge: 16 sts and 10 rows on 4mm hook working hdc = 4”.

Although this is listed as Intermediate, full instructions for the required stitches are given. Sizes 0-3 months and 6-12 months are worked with a 4mm hook; sizes 3-6 months and 1-3 years are worked with a 4.5mm hook. The pattern is otherwise worked the same for all sizes.
