This festive little pullover is knit seamlessly from the top down with raglan shaping. The top part is knit flat while the neck shaping takes place, then the remainder is knit in the round. Stitches for the collar are picked up and knit at the end.

Sizes
It is intended to fit like a loose sweatshirt. Size 4 generally fits 3-4 year olds, size 6 generally fits 5-6 year olds, and so on. However, depending on the child, you may need to choose a different size. (The pink sample shown is a size 4 on a slim 5 year old.) The pattern includes a schematic diagram which shows the key measurements for all sizes.

Bobbles
The bobble snowflake is both written and charted. A bobble method, as well as tips for closing gaps beside the bobbles (if needed) are provided in the pattern. If there is a different bobble method you prefer, it can certainly be substituted!

Yarn
The pink sample is knit in Tanis Fiber Arts Purewash DK. Other DK yarn ideas are shown above.
