The sweater is knit from the top down, with some short row shaping to raise the back of the neck for comfort. The colorwork chart is started after the short rows and continues to the underarm separation.
Once working the body and sleeves the stranded colorwork is finished and you are working with your main color only! Finish everything off with a right twist cabled rib and you will be ready to wear your new pullover.
This pattern is suitable for an adventurous beginner who is familiar with colorwork adn wants to take on a larger project. The yoke goes by quickly using only one contrast color and short intervals of stitches minimizing the need to tack.
