Snowcone Mittens
Color your dull gray winter with these fun clamshell stranded mittens. The mittens have a gusset thumb and are identical, so they can be worn on either hand. The clamshells take a small amount of yarn so this is an ideal project for using up leftovers. Only 2 colors are worked at a time in a simple repetitive pattern, making this an easy knit. The pattern comes in 2 adult sizes and is charted only. Blocking the mittens will even out any imperfections and is necessary to bring out the true beauty of the colorwork. This pattern was tech-edited by Joeli Caparco.
