Good for any winter gift giving occasion, the snowflake wine cozy is very versatile. Each cozy starts with the same base and ends with the same ribbing on the top. The instructions are given for the cozys as pictured as well as easily applied variations. The red and blue cozys have knitted snowflake designs which allow you to use either design or a combination of both. The designs can circle the cozy at any point or be placed randomly. These snowflakes can be done using the stranding or intarsia method, or can be created using a duplicate stitch. The embroidered snowflake and the eyelet on the green cozy adds additional dimensions for creativity.

EACH cozy calls for 90-100 yards of dk weight cotton yarn for the base color, and 20-25 yards of a contrasting color for the snowflake and I cord. The cozy fits a standard wine bottle.
