Little felted bag to carry around sock knitting.

UPDATE 8/7/08: Several people have had problems with the bag being too short after felting so I have decided to post my two possible solutions for this problem: 1) Only slightly felt by hand (this is what I did) or 2) Add at least a couple of rows in between increases and decreases to accommodate greater felting.
