Solme Cowl
by Cindy Dell
The pattern is a simple four row lace pattern knit in the round, and knits up into a beautiful and luxurious cowl that fits nicely around your neck.
Unlike some cowls, Solme Cowl is constructed to stand up on your neck, such as a turtle neck, but just a bit more loosely. Knit in a luxury yarn, it will be a prized possession for anyone who receives (or keeps) it.
Solme Cowl should be knit in a splurge fiber. I recommend a silk merino blend, angora blend, or a cashmere blend.
Solme Cowl is perfect for an intermediate or adventurous beginner.
