This was originally supposed to only be a belt, but it was quickly found that it’s use as a hair piece or a scarf make it very useful as an all in one accessory! If you would like to use it as a belt, you will need to create it in a size that will fit around your waist. For this reason, there are 9 sizes available in this pattern. I believe that even plus size ladies should be able to enjoy crocheted items! That being said, I measure a 2-3x and according to craft yarn council’s sizing, I had to make the 5x for myself. I didn’t make up these numbers, they came from craft yarn council. I LOVE This as a hair piece as well and a head covering. It is so elegant!
