This pattern was a special pattern for a monthly knitting get-together.

Feel free to replace heel and toe with your favourite pattern. If you want to use a short-row heel, please consider to knit a little fake heelflap after the cuff: for about 1 inch (2.5 cm) knit the stitches for the heel and in parallel repeat rounds 19 and 20 for the instep stitches.
