Though generous in size, this shawl is so light and airy and is written with two options for mixing bases (#mixthosebases)! Using two different weights and fibers, each knit separately in some sections and then held together in others, giving you three different textures throughout the shawl. The pink version shown was knit in Traveler Sport and Sophisticate in the colorway, Bellini. The different fiber content of the two bases lends itself perfectly to a subtle, tonal color change as well! This is the perfect opportunity to dip your toes into mixing those bases. We’ve taken the guesswork out of what to mix together for you!

Sport and Fingering version:
2 skeins Plucky Knitter Traveler Sport, 640 yards
1 skein Plucky Knitter Sophisticate, 510 yards
Gauge: 5 stitches per inch in stockinette
Finished size: 80” across top, 30” down center spine

Fingering and Lace version:
skeins Plucky Knitter Oxford, 860 yards
1 skein Plucky Knitter Lace, 750 yards
Gauge: 5.75 stitches per inch in stockinette
Finished size: 88” across top, 34 down center spine
