MATERIALS
Yarn: Cottage Merino by Walk Collection (100% merino, 394 yds / 360 m – 100 g).
MC: 1 (2, 3) skein(s) in colourway Apricot.
CC: 1 skein in colourway Chartreuse.
Or approx. 394 (765, 1137) yds / 360 (700, 1040) m (in MC) and 125 (202, 274) yds / 115 (185, 251) m (in CC) of fingering-weight yarn.
Needles: US 2.5 / 3 mm 32” / 80 cm circular needles. Shorter or longer circular needles or long straight needles can also be used.
GAUGE
24 sts x 34 rows to 4” / 10 cm in St St, after blocking.30 sts x 30 rows to 4” / 10 cm in patt, after blocking.
CONSTRUCTION
This slightly asymmetrical triangular shawl knitted on the bias. It is worked flat, in one piece and features a lace pattern in two colours. The pattern offers three size options to choose from but is easy to modify further. The pattern is worked from one tip to the opposite edge and is bound off along the shortest of the long sides.
