Summary: Stole is started with a crocheted provisional cast on. The center panel is knit, then the border is knit on. Ten stitches are grafted together to finish the stole. There are four lace stitches in the center of this asymmetrical stole, bordered by a fifth pattern.

Beads: Size 8/0 seed beads, 13 grams, silver lined, clear. Beads are optional, and are added individually with a small crochet hook.

Instructions included for knitting this without beads.

Stitch instructions: Charted.

Needles: Circular needle and a pair of DPNs of the same size.

Crochet hooks: 1. A crochet hook to make a chain for the provisional cast on. The size isn’t that important, so long as the chain is sufficiently loose. 2. If beads are used, a hook small enough to go through the bead hole.

Other requirements: Waste yarn, stitch holders. Lifeline and stitch markers are optional.

Difficulty: Intermediate lace.
