Cotton Classic used for a loose swingy fringe, big crochet roses pinned to top, and a full turtle neck edge with a contrast color to match the roses. 3/4 arm length, but comes to long point in front and back. Worked side to side for upper part, and then points are picked up and knit down. Deliberately knit very loosely to be light and easy to wear. Yardage is given for main color yarn, you will also need 1 skein cotton classic for fringe, and 1 skein Manos in contrast color. You will also need a circular 16 inch size 13 inch needle for the turtle neck.
