Spark Sweater
This pattern is found in The Colorwork Bible and cannot be purchased as an individual download. The book is available for purchase here.
Named for the small sparks in the centers of the star motifs, this yoked pullover will be a stunning showpiece of your stranded colorwork skills. Although it was designed to play with only two colors, this sweater is full of color possibility. Think of the variations you could create! Choose strongly contrasting colors for a bold effect or similar, monochromatic colors for a more subtle look. You could also choose a strong main color and fade the background with several lighter colors. This sweater will help you practice stranded knitting in the round and has the added bonus of providing practice with trapping floats of both colors.
