An asymmetrical Tunisian crochet triangle shawl made with DK minis and a coordinating semisolid, using two popular Tunisian stitches for a fun and edgy accessory

This shawl is perfect for a hand dyed DK mini set with a coordinating skein to accent the colors. This shawl is made with the Speakeasy theme in mind - think of an unassuming building with whitewash brick and as you enter the Speakeasy, you see all of the color and drinks and camaraderie. This shawl has “framed” sections of that brick-looking stitch, specifically the honeycomb stitch. Then, a fun fade of different colors to really have them all stand out. And, there is a fun detail on the outer border of the shawl - an ode to the honeycomb of the outside of the Speakeasy.

The final shawl is 80” by 18” after blocking.
You will need a 8mm Tunisian crochet hook with a 30” cord.

The yarn used for this shawl is available in January of 2024. Use the link HERE to pick up this set, or a different set to make this beautiful shawl.
