A fun knit.
Darning needle needed for weaving in ends.
Picot edge knit at flared end of ruffle.
Add a feminine touch to any outfit with these lace cuffs. Wear then ruffle up on er the end of a plain sleeve, or wear them ruffle down to peek out from under a larger sleeve. The pattern is written for two circular needles, but you can use the circular knitting method of choice.
