Whoops! I made a typo. My sincerest apologies. For the Seawall Stripe sections, rows 3 and 4 are missing a stitch. The correction should read:
Row 3: K2, slm, M1, k1, * p1, k1, repeat from * to marker, M1, slm, k2, slm, M1, k1, * p1, k1, repeat from * to
marker, M1, slm, k2.
Row 4: K2, slm, * p1, k1, repeat from * to 1 stitch before marker, p1, slm, p2, slm, * p1, k1, repeat from * to 1 stitch before marker, p1, k2.

It also looks like in the 4th Stockinette Stitch section, it should be repeat rows 3 and 4, not rows 1 and 2, once more.

A note on yarn requirements:
I made my sample shawl with a single skein Knerd String Fingering -- it did take basically the entire skein. My test knitter found that she was a couple of rows short. If you find that happening, I would recommend completing row 19 of the chart, then bind off on row 20. It will not change the appearance or size significantly at all!

Experience Level: Intermediate

Sizes: Approximately 40” wide, 19” from top edge to point. Note that the top edge is actually longer than 40”, but gently curves.
