Split Bandana Cowl
This stylish cowl is worked in a combination of two-color brioche stitch and garter stitch. The pattern is worked both in the round and flat, with tapered shaping in the back so it fits nicely around the neck and under a jacket.
MATERIALS
Color A: 120yd (110m) DK weight yarn
(Sample: West Wool, Tandem in Tangerine)
Color B: 100yd (92m) DK weight yarn
(Sample: West Wool, Tandem in Sherbert)
US 5 (3.75mm), 16in (40cm) circular needles
1 stitch marker.
GAUGE (TENSION)
15 sts x 22 rows = 4in (10cm) in two-color brioche stitch on US 5 (3.75mm) needles, or size needed to obtain gauge.
MEASUREMENTS
22in (56cm) around, 14in (35.5cm) from cast on to point.
