Spring Blossom Shawl
The Spring Blossom Shawl is a light and elegant crochet shawl. Featuring a beautiful pattern of floral clusters and a soft ruffled edging, this shawl has a romantic and timeless look that is perfect for both everyday wear and special occasions.
The design was inspired by Lundegård Alpakka and is crocheted in their soft baby alpaca yarn, produced on the alpaca farm. The yarn creates a lightweight, warm, and comfortable accessory you’ll reach for again and again. The repetitive pattern rows provide a relaxing crochet experience as the shawl gradually grows row by row.
The shawl is finished with a decorative ruffled edging that adds movement and a feminine touch. After blocking, the stitch pattern truly opens up, giving the shawl its signature light and airy appearance.
The Spring Blossom Shawl is perfect for crocheters who enjoy beautiful details, relaxing stitch work, and creating a finished piece that will be treasured for years to come.
This pattern has been designed, thoroughly crocheted, and quality-tested by me, drawing on more than 30 years of crochet experience. I truly enjoyed every step of creating this design. The shawl is available in one size, and the finished measurements are based on the recommended yarn and the correct gauge.
This design is also wonderful for experimenting with other yarns. A thicker, fluffy yarn could create an equally beautiful look with a completely different character. Please keep in mind that your choice of yarn and hook size will affect both the finished size and drape of the shawl.
