Set 1:

Knitting instructions given to knit ¾ shorts with a stockinette stitch and a rolled over hem. There are 2 options for the waistband: either knit in double rib or one with an eyelet row to draw an I-cord or ribbon through. The top has ¾ sleeves and high neck. A lovely Aster stitch is on the hem of the sweater, sleeves and also the neck edge. The sweater knits flat with a back buttoned closure. The sleeves knit separately and are joined at the bodice.
Set 2:

Knitting instructions given to knit a shorts with a stockinette stitch and a hem knit in seed stitch. The shorts knit flat with a back seam. Instructions are given to pick up stitches at both sides of the waist band and knit I-cord bands. Instructions are given for an off shoulder sweater that looks quite trendy. A lovely Aster stitch is on the hem of the sweater, short sleeves and also the shoulder edge. The sweater knits flat with a back buttoned closure. The sleeves are knit separately and joined at the yoke.

A matching purse and hair tie are included as an extra touch to complete the ensemble.

Stylecraft Special Double Knit® 62 grams = 199.3 yards / 182.2 m as CC. Colorway – Lemon

Set 2 Example used: Stylecraft Special Double Knit® 37 grams = 119.0 yards / 108.8 m as MC. Colorway Lemon.
Stylecraft Special Double Knit® 40 grams = 128.6 yards / 117.6 m as CC. Colorway – Cypress.

Other supplies:

Straight or circular knitting needles sizes US 4 + 5 (3.50 mm + 3.75 mm).
DPNS size US 4 (3.50 mm) x 2 for the I–Cord. .
3/8’’ Wide buttons x 4 for each set.
Row counter or a pencil to tick of the rows as you knit.
Tapestry + ordinary sewing needle.
Small scissors.
Ruler or tape measure
