The name of this little hat refers as much to a state of mind as to a style. Even with the promise of new life and greenness to come, the persistent rain of Spring can begin to get a little tiresome, especially here in the Northwest. Even the most optimistic of us can start to feel a little funk waiting for the flowers to come out.
The cascading eyelets in this chevron lace pattern suggest falling raindrops, which finally end in a lovely flower.
