Celebrate Springtime with this explosion of colourful flowers, bursting with texture. This blanket is made up of 3 floral designs, worked in a spectrum of colours, alongside plain solid versions of the same designs, all joined together in a star shaped layout which resembles a giant flower. The edging uses a rainbow of the full spectrum of colours.

I used a rainbow palette of DK yarn in 9 colours, combined with a solid cream background. 1 x 100g ball of each of the 9 colours, then 5 x 100g balls of cream. I used Yarnsmiths Create DK from Wool Warehouse, but you are welcome to use any combination of 9 colours, along with any solid background colour. I used a 4mm hook.
