Springtime Socks
by Jean Clement
These socks pair a lacy cuff with a twisted rib pattern to have you thinking of springtime year round. The bright & colorful “Carmen Miranda” colorway inspired the pattern name.
These are a fun, quick project worked from cuff to toe. Written for double points but two circulars or magic loop would work too.
Skills include knitting with double points, yarn overs, twisting stitches and grafting. The length of both leg and foot can be easily adjusted by working more or fewer pattern repeats.
Pattern includes both charted and written directions for stitch patterns.
