Spruce Fingerless Mitts
This design came to me while getting ready for the Christmas holiday. The cable design reminded me of a spruce tree. This is a fun cable design that will keep your interest and is a quick knit. Making this a great last minute Christmas gift. And, with it using approximately half a skein of fingering weight yarn - it is a great stash buster for those half skeins that we all seem to have left from other projects.
Yarn
Approximately 50 grams/232 yards of fingering weight yarn. Sample is the Large/Extra Large size and I used 40/185 yards grams. Sample was knit in Tippy Tree Yarns in the Spruce colorway on the Tippy Sock Base (75% Superwash Merino/25% Nylon) 100 grams/463 yards.
