Squash Blossom is a top down, seamless, circular yoke sweater with cheerful colorwork squash blossoms! This pullover also has clever hidden side pockets, perfect for stashing your phone, pretty rocks, seeds for your garden, or just warming your hands.

The sweater is cast on at the neck, which is shaped with short rows. After the colorwork is complete the sleeves are set aside and the body is worked in the round until you create the pocket openings, at which point the front and back are worked flat (and separately). After you complete the pocket openings the front and back are rejoined and the remainder of the body is finished in the round. The sleeves are worked in the round from the underarm to the cuff, and the pocket linings are worked last.
