Minnesota Yarn Shop Hop 2013

This crocheted scarf was designed for the Minnesota Yarn Shop Hop 2013. The Shop Hop theme for 2013 is “iYarn@”. At 3 Kittens we often crochet at the coffee shop, so our variation of the theme is “iYarn@the coffee shop.” This design is named for the ubiquitous coffee shop Starbucks.

Starbuck is comprised of single crochet interspersed with rows of puff stitches on the bias. Stitches that you will need to know to complete the shawl are: sc, dc, 2sctog, sk, and ch.

Yarn Requirements: 2 skeins Lorna’’s Laces Shepherd Sport (200 yards ea, 100 grams)
Finished Measurements: 6” wide x 82” long
Gauge: 20sc/4” in single crochet
