Starlit Night is worked from the top down in a simple combination of garter and textured stitches. It lends itself to using a combination of all semisolid skeins or a semisold with a variegated.
Gauge 22 sts by 54 rows =4” (10 cm) in Garter St on US 5 (3.75mm)
Yarn Four skeins (two of each color) of Miss Babs’ Yummy 2-Ply in Nebula (Color A) and Oregon Mist (Color B)
OR
700 yards fingering weight for Color A and 800 yards fingering weight for Color B.
You may also use a third color (Color C) in lieu of the second 400-yard skein for Color B. However, the yardage requirements are different if you use two colors: Color B, you will need 275 yards and Color C, you will need 525 yards
Size Approximately 35” (89 cm) at deepest part by 86” (218 cm) along neckline
Needles and Notions US 5.0 (3.75 mm) 32-inch circular needle, or size needed to obtain gauge
