The perfect light weight and airy dress for Independence Day celebrations! This dress is meant to resemble the United States Flag waving in the wind, but this dress could be worked up in any color scheme as a fun sundress.
Made with light worsted weight yarn with large spaces in the skirt for air flow, this dress can be worn on hot summer days.
