Stars "in" Stripes Coverlet
Be patriotic with this adorable Stars “in” Stripes Twin Coverlet. This filet crochet coverlet was created by alternating stripes of small and large stars which are crocheted together on the top side for added texture. Instructions are given for a throw, twin coverlet, or customize-your-own size.
This pattern includes both row-by-row written instructions as well as a design chart for reference.
The filet crochet technique is akin to crocheting a piece of graph paper with some of the square grids filled in and some left open (or blank) to create an overall design. If you’d like to learn filet crochet, check out my YouTube tutorial: Filet Crochet: Learning the Stitches & a Few Extras!
