Stars In Your Hands
Stars In Your Hands is an asymmetrical shawl worked sideways from tip with irregular side increases along its left edge. It has alternating sections knit in light fingering weight wool and mohair held together and single mohair strand held alone, resulting in an ethereal, translucent fabric.
Shawl showcases three panels of different colourways achieved by changing mohair CC of the double strand knit sections.
Designed as a reminder that all our hope and dreams and joy are not faraway stars and the light we need to get through whatever we are in, is at our fingertips. Especially during past year, which has affected us in many hard and heavy ways, but also has helped many of us discover the strength and resilience we didn’t know we had. All the stars we need are in our own hands. Closer than ever.
The pattern includes full written instructions, is also fully charted and includes stitch count checklists for easy reference.
The pattern has been thoroughly tech edited and test knitted.
